Is there a way to change the automatica action of, when the requester approves the solution, the ticket status goes from solved to closed?
The purpose of this change is the following:
When a solution is posted, the requester tests it in a sandbox enviroment. Approving the solution, thus colsing the ticket, doesn't actually mean that the solution is in the production enviroment.
For purpuses of reports and visual identification, I'd like to make sure of which tickets are in ptoduction enviroment. If the ticket isn't closed automatically, I can achieve that by manualyy closing it, only after updating the enviroment. This way, I'd be sure that all of the closed tickets are already in production.
Can i change this automatic trigger or is there another solution inside GLPI I shpuld use instead of this?
