Good morning!
I am adapting GLPI to a business model where there are some IT teams, in particular two of them, Infrastructure N1 and Systems N1, must respond to an employee termination Ticket. This employee termination Ticket is an email sent by the ERP whenever there are terminations and I opened Tickets via emails in GLPI. It turns out that as there are two teams, I didn't find a way to duplicate the ticket, the idea is that one ticket is directed to the Infrastructure team and another ticket is directed to the Systems team. Has anyone ever treated a condition like this? Do you know how to duplicate? Do you have any other suggestions?
