Using sender e-mail as a field

Hello, I have a question.

I've just cretaed an instance of GLPI, and now I'm managing it's settings.
I have a user that act as one of our customers, that has multiple e-mail addresses linked to it.
I've already set the e-mail for opening tickets, and it does, with any of the e-mails that are a linked with the user.

The thing is, despite being one single client, I wanted to get the sender e-mail and display it on the main tickets table, so I can sort by Requester and see, within each category, the person responsible for opening the ticket.
Here's an example:

Ticket ID |  Requester  | Sender        | ...
------------------------------------------------
001        | Customer A | Employee 1  | ...
------------------------------------------------
002        | Customer A | Employee 2  | ...
------------------------------------------------
003        | Customer A | Employee 3  | ...

I've tried creating a custom rule for that. Even though I can check the "From" in the e-mail header, I can't use this "variable" anywhere on the Actions.
ChatGPT recommended me to create a custom field, but I can't seem to do that either.

Is there a built-in way to do this through the interface? Currently, I don't have any access to the source code and, even if I did, I don't have the skill required to changing it there.

If there's another way to achieve this, I would also appreciate sugestions.
Thanks in advance.
