Ticket "Assing to" Field

Hello, good afternoon.

Where I work we have this constant problem of users not being able to open tickets correctly, where in the "asking to" field it is mandatory to put a group, but as people already know each other they always try to get the ticket directly to a user and they don't really understand what it is. an error message. Videos and guides on how to open a ticket have already been created, but this issue persists.

Sometimes it is necessary to put a user as an observer, so unchecking the “can be assigned to” box on profiles would still not solve the issue.

What I wanted to know is if there is any way to make users hidden in the "assing to" field but still being able to assing to a tocket or groups to appear before users in the field.

Any ideas will be helpful.
