GLPI logout

Hello,
I have a problem with GLPI logout. Every half of hour I got an error message in GLPI: "Invalid cookie data. Empty login or password". And I need to login to system again. Other users don't have this problem.
In system settings it was set to login to system every 7 days.
I tried: work in different networks, reset network settings, clean dns cache, troubleshoot browser (clean cache and cookie, reset settings, reinstall browser), re-add computer to domain and update group policies. But problem still the same.
