Tickets for ticket

Hello, I'm looking around, does anyone know... Is it possible to configure so that when a ticket is closed it triggers another ticket? to generate something continuous would be serious.

Ex: I have a human resources form about personnel entry and when that is closed I open another ticket about the furniture you need.
