Good afternoon,
I am using GLPI 9.2.2, and it has always worked correctly for me. However, lately, strange things have been happening with ticket integration. Let me explain in detail with an example:
1. I have a user named Pepito with the email pepito@mail.com, which is added to his user profile so that the system correctly integrates his tickets with the corresponding user.
2. When Pepito used to send an email to create a ticket, it would integrate correctly into the system, and GLPI would assign Pepito as the requester for that ticket.
3. Recently, when Pepito sends an email to create a ticket, the system is unable to create the ticket in the name of the user Pepito and instead creates it with the email account pepito@mail.com.
This problem is strange because if you check Pepito's user profile, the email is already configured there. So, why isn't the ticket being created with the corresponding user?
To make matters worse, if an attempt is made to delete the requester pepito@mail.com to replace it with the correct one, "Pepito," it doesn't work. In fact, it says I can't delete it, claiming I don't have permissions, even though I have an administrator profile. Lately, I've been receiving many tickets like this, and I'm concerned that something might be wrong with the system, leading to a more significant issue.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Thank you and best regards.
