Hello, I have the following comments that occurred during operation.
Ticket editing lock: Is there a setting where I can lock a ticket when a user edits it (avoid double editing)

Highlighting tickets that I process myself when there is an answer or query
?
For tickets that come directly by email and are only written via email, there is no email notification from the ticket system
Does anyone have any solutions to this?

1. Yes. Setup > General > General setup tab > Use locks. Save and then make sure Tickets are selected in the List of items to lock option on that same tab.
2. Yes. There is a first-party plugin included with a GLPI-Network subscription called "Unread" which adds an indicator when there have been new messages added to the ticket since the last time you viewed it. You can combine this with a saved search which shows only tickets you are assigned to.
3. I think this should be working. Which version of GLPI are you using?
GLPI Collaborator and Plugin Developer.
