Basically, I need to make a dashboard ir order to show and segment information about tickets, request types, users, and more.
I know that there are a default and standard dashboard that appear in GLPI, but I need show and segment more information than offer this dashboards.
So, I'm looking for meaning of many codes inserted on glpi_tickets table over many fields like (i.e.) "status":
Status dictionary of tickets status:
1 Ticket New
2 Ticket Processing (Assigned)
3 Ticket Processing (Planned)
4 Ticket Pending
5 Ticket Solved
6 Ticket Closed
But I dont know about:
requesttypes_id
urgency
impact
priority
type
And so on.
I need to graphicaly see which persons has working with a ticket or know whats time lapsed between assignemet, and many question like this.
If you already make an integration with PowerBI or other BI solution please help me or if you know the meaning of this numeric codes over the glpi_tickets table will be very helpfull.
