Thank you very much for your replies to my threads on the forum so far, it has been very helpful.
I have one more small problem that I wanted to solve with you.
I'm trying to set two things:
1) So that the customer receives an autoresponder "Thank you for reporting..." when sending the application.
2) So that the employee receives an email notification to one or more email addresses when a report is made.
Notifications -> Email notification settings -> Administrator email address
I have a value entered there
Still, the whole thing doesn't work.
Do you know how to solve this?
