Hi,
I have one more question, because it seems to me that there is no such option by default. I have a configured email address, e.g. help@mydomain.com, and when emails are written there, CRON downloads them and creates tickets from them. This only works if someone has an email account in GLPI and sends an email to help@ from that email address.
However, I would need any email address sending to help@ to create a ticket as well as a user account (the login would be equal to the email address).
Is such a thing possible to do?
Some custom plugin?
Do you have to write it yourself?
