Hello Team,
I have just updated GLPI to version 10.0.11 and now on the dashboard, I have a warning "Official support for PHP 7.4 has ended. Upgrading to a newer version of PHP is recommended".
Can you help me remove this message or tell me how to install PHP8 without breaking everything?
my Linux distribution is ubuntu 20.4 LTS
Thanks for your precious help

You can remove the message by updating PHP to a version that is still supported by the PHP team and still getting security updates and bug fixes.
GLPI is compatible with newer versions of PHP, and those versions can be found in the GLPI installation/update documentation:
https://glpi-install.readthedocs.io/en/ … s.html#php
There are guides online that can walk you through updating PHP for your specific platform and web server. There are also a ton of existing posts on this forum where people asked for help doing this.
After you update PHP and install the required extensions for that version (again, check the GLPI documentation), make sure your web server (Apache?) is using the newer version of PHP (There are guides online and existing GLPI forum posts for this too).
