Profiles, Entities creation and recursive permission

Using GLPI 10.0.10, when I define the permission to create Entities in the Admin profile, it only succeeds when the option recursive is selected.
Is it normal behavior?

Yes. If the profile wasn't assigned recursively and still allowed the creation of entities, it would result in the creation of an entity that the person who created it could not see or update at all. To prevent this, a user must have a profile with the permission to create entities AND have that profile assigned recursively.
