Solution templates problem

Hello everyone,

I've just finished customizing a GLPI 10.0.10 and everything is working but solution templates. They are only loaded if the assigned user to the ticket is also de Requester. Otherwise, Solution Templates are not being loaded (you can list them but when you click on any of them, they won't bring the solution).

Do you have any ideas of what's going on? I've just applied some Web Browser debug and saw that there is a request but no response in POST.

Request in solution.php:

solutiontemplates_id=23&items_id=126451&itemtype=Ticket

I've just figured it out. When i assign a SLA TTR i cannot apply any solution template. When i delete it, i'm able to load a solution template. Is this a bug? It doesn't happen when i assign a TTO.

I cannot recreate the issue. Please check your GLPI logs (files/_log folder).

Hello cconard96,

I found the real problem. Our GLPI was in version 0.83 and i upgraded it to 10.0.10 and looking through tables i realized that glpi_slas got corrupted. I deleted all migrated SLA's and recreated them and, after that, problem got solved.
