help with configuring an email collector using a shared mailbox

Hello,

I'm trying to set up an email collector based on a shared email account.

If I set up a regular user account, I can retrieve emails and open tickets, but I can't with a shared account.

I already tried putting in the username:
- user@domain.com\sharedemail
- user\sharedemail
- user@domain.com\\sharedemail
- user\\sharedemail
- user@domain.com\sharedemail@domain.com
- user@domain.com\\sharedemail@domain.com

I cannot, in any way, retrieve emails from the shared inbox.

My version of GLPI is 10.0.10.
