Hello,
I wanted to add a Notification for the IT - Group if a new Ticket is created.
So I added them to the recipients now i want to have a Notification template just for them and another for the Recipient.
So can you write conditionals or do i have to work around that somehow ?

create 2 different notifications : same event but select different templates and recepients

I tried that but the Emails for the IT - group dont get sent.
Event is New Ticket so my guess is it only works for the Creator of the Ticket.

when you give a try, does requester and technician have same e-mail ? (in earlier versions, one event can only send 1 notification to the same user, I guess it's still the same).
I have 2 notifications with 2 templates ( for requester and for requester's group manager) when creating new tickets and it works well

I have it running on an entity does that influence it in some way ?
Also i want to send the email to everybody that is in the IT group

Okay it works now ,but not if i say send it to everybody in the group except managers which would make it a lot nicer
