Adding new validation percent

I want to add a new validation percentage. Currently there are only 0, 50 and 100.
I want to add another value like 30.
How can I do that?

The min/max and step for this option is controlled by the search option for "validation_percent" in src/CommonITILValidation.php in the rawSearchOptionsToAdd function. It cannot be changed without modifying the source code.
