Hello, I am going to introduce the glpi program in my work, I use the glpi server. Most employees work remotely. I would like them to be able to send tickets without the need to create an account, helpdesk.php is perfect for this purpose, but I need to edit this form to add some necessary functions, such as name and surname. Is it possible or another solution to submit a ticket without an account?

Although, the best solution is to automatically create accounts for your users. If you use LDAP/Active Directory, you can set up a sync which can automatically create users from your LDAP. There are a few other options beyond manually creating accounts.
