Good afternoon!
I'm starting to use GLPI in my company and I need help to better understand how to create an email notification when there are New Ticktes. We have several sectors and I can't clearly find a way to create a task, nor a business rule to do this. Currently, I only work with sending notifications of returns and changes in the status of Tickets opened by the applicant. Currently using GLPI version 9.5.3. Thank you very much in advance!
