Hi!, I´m new to this forum, my company uses GLPI 10.0.7, we have a problem and that is that we cannot "unassign tickets to a technician or a group of technicians" massively, we can "add an actor" to several tickets, but not "eliminate an actor", in my case it is necessary to make over 500 tickets, so the need is urgent.
If you know how to do this, I would appreciate a solution.
