Mails not picked picked up or sent automatically (GLPI Cloud&O365)

I set everything up and got it to work manually. Tickets can be imported manually using the mail receiver.
However, the system refuses to import the messages automatically. I checked the mailgate and it looks ok to me. The only option is CLI mode and it is set to checking every 10 minutes. It NEVER runs automatically and if I do it manually the set ten minutes will pass and nothing will happen. If I then import manually it works just fine.

The same happens with outgoing mail: answers to tickets just stack up in the queue without ever being sent. If I send them manually it works. The queuednotification is set to 5 minutes. But then the set time passes and nothing happens.

The actions that the system is supposed to do never get triggered. To me it seems like some cronjob is not running properly or the system does not keep time properly.

As in this case we are not hosting the server ourselves, but use GLPI Cloud I would assume for this to just work. And there is practically nothing I can do to force the system.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated!
