##lang.ticket.author.location##: ##ticket.author.location##
##lang.ticket.author.phone##: ##ticket.author.phone##
I've tried to search thru database and all inslattation files, tried to seach on forum but no luck
Does anybody know how can I represent information about location of requestor and his contact information in e-mail template?
Thank you!

As you can have various requester, you must include this in a loop, something like
##FOREACHauthors##
##lang.author.phone## : ##author.phone##
##lang.author.location## : ##author.location##
##ENDFOREACHauthors##

Remi, thank you for your answer.
unfortunately there is no such keys as
##lang.author.phone##
##author.phone##
##lang.author.location##
##author.location##
they are gone in new versions.
do you know if there is a way to use maybe another keys to represent information about requestor location and contact data?
We are managing many organisations located in different cities. it is not easy for techs to get data where user is located and how to contact him.
I've searched thru several scripts but havent found any usefull data.
there is a way to display location of unit assigned to that ticket, but no way to do it for author.
Please help!
Thank you!
