Status change when a user has more than one machine

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to create a rule that change the status of the computers to "NO COMPLIANCE" if the user (User alternative name field) is using more than one.
Like:

PC 1 - User alternative name field: richard
PC 2 - User alternative name field: richard

Then...

Status: "NO COMPLIANCE" in both

Somebody could help me on this?
I tried some rules but without sucess...
