glpiinventory does not scan SNMP device automatically

When i execute below command that time SNMP device has been added into glpi dashboard in Network section but this scan is not started automatically.

glpi-agent --no-ssl-check --force --logger=stderr --tasks netdiscovery,netinventory --debug --debug --server url


So what i have to do to scan SNMP devices automatically?
