Hello!
Is it possible to realize the following using regular methods through ticket templates or any plugins?
example
Category: a
               b
               c
if I select A, a new field appears under the Category field with choices for A:

               a.1
               a.2
               a.3
if I select a.1, a new field appears under the Category field with choices for a.1:
               a.1.1
               a.1.2
               a.1.3

There is a plugin called Splitcat (Split Categories) that does exactly what you are describing.
Currently, this plugin is offered to those with a GLPI Network subscription.
