Hello guys,
I was wondering if it's possible, when the status of a ticket is 'pending' (changed by the assigned user) can be changed back to 'assigned' when the requester replies.
I tried to make a rule like:
-Condition-
If the status is 'pending' AND;
If the last update contain 'Acompanhamento' (it's in portuguese, is the reply on ticket)
-Action-
Change the status to 'Assigned'
But, it doesn't work.
Can somebody know why or my rule is broken?
