Hello.
how to insert a dropdown list into the description of the ticket form? I paste it through the code, but after saving it is displayed as a single line.
sample form:

why not use formcreator to create custom forms ?

I need a dropdown list in the description of the ticket form.
Example: for example, a request is made to the server. and in the form description make a drop-down list with the amount of allocated memory (as an example).

With FC you can add multiple fields as in many forms creator (google form (flee ....), framaforms) : A description text, a dropdown list, etc ; but a desciption text can't have a dropdown. I had never seen that anywhere
FormCreator is a GLPI powerfull tool wich be implemented in glpi core in the next major update
