Hi there,
I am a new user of GLPI, and despite what I do, I have been unable to get the receiver for mail catching not to return a connection error.
GLPI is installed from a docker image pulled from docker pull elestio/glpi.
I am currently running version 10.0.10.
Connect to another container running MySQL.
The installation works without issues, except I cannot get the mail receiver to work appropriately. It is pulling from an exchange environment on the intranet.
Configuration --

I have tried almost every significant variation of the settings above that I can attempt without success. This includes both POP and IMAP. SSL and non-SSL ports.
I can confirm the account logs in OK, and the password works. I can ensure that mail clients can connect to the environment without issue. The account has IMAP and POP enabled. There are no F/W blocking connectivity on the same subnet.
I have verified that the account is created in GLPI as a Self-Service and Technician user.
I imagine it must be something fundamental that is getting missed, but so far, I am missing it. Any input is appreciated.
