There is anyway to make Contract Mandatory even to opened Ticket?

Hi Guys,

There is anyway to make contract mandatory even to tickets opened by e-mail?

Now I set the ticket template to consider Contract mandatory it work Very well if you are opening a ticket by GLPI interfac but When you had tickets opened by e-mail we can close the ticket without insert a contract.

Anyone know how can we do it?
