Netinventory working only on command line

One of our switches runs the inventory task fine when ran on command line but when triggered from the GUI we get

Running	[Detail] SNMP communication error: no response from host 0.1.134.160 LON-CO3-SW-P-BASEMENT-220-CL

The Discovery task also seems to run fine from the GUI but not the Inventory task.
I just can't figure out whet this might be.
