Recently I've installed glpi from 0, and now when I give a solution to a ticket, the requester can't approve the solution. Previously on the old server they could approve it.

You must enable the "resolve" to "close" cycle in "life cycles" section in the final users (requesters) profile.. self service.
By the way, tou have 3 checks in approvals of assistance section of the profile, that refers to approvals (an authorization to something), rather than accept the solution functionality.
