Hi, I'm new to this program and I may misunderstand something, so if something is wrong, correct me.
I have created a Business rule for tickets that is used when a ticket receives validation from a certain technical group. With two rules "Technician group is..." and "Validation is Granted" my rule works, but as soon as I add a new Criterion the rule stops working. Also, if the ticket already has the Approval - Granted status, changes to other criteria by the rule will not cause the rule to work.
As I understand it, this may be due to the fact that the ticket is updated with validation from a group /person separately, and not from the Save button, but if you change the "Validation" criterion to any other, the rule will work even if you get the necessary ticket parameters after a few changes.
I can't say it's a bug or I didn't understand the principle of operation, but the operation of the "Validation" criterion is clearly different from other criteria and working with it becomes counterintuitive.
