profile observer - view assets bug or feature

Hi,

I test the role observer.
When the role has only view right's on the assets, the role only see the own asstets.
I've to grant actualize rights, then the role see all assets, but can change it too.

I've installed the plugin behaviour too. When I deactivate it, the role observer see all assets.

Is this an bug in the plugin or an feature?
