I am sending replies to existing tickets via e-mail, so it sends them to GLPI e-mail reciever, under the ticket i reference via the ticket number in the Subject of the e-mail.
The problem is, that most of the time, any e-mail attachments included, but GLPI includes it in the ticket answer, that is generated via e-mail receiver.
I don't want e-mail pictures, like sender contact information(jpg) etc. included.
Is it possible to ignore files inside an e-mail, and to send it in plain-text only to the e-mail reciever? The best option would be, if i could add something like "ignore attachments" in the email, so it would ignore attachments when sending the e-mail to GLPI e-mail receiver.
I could not find the solution in the GLPI e-mail collectors section in the glpi-user-documentation.readthedocs /fr/master/modules/configuration/collectors.html#blacklists
