Port Conections

Hi,

The netdiscovery bring all my switch ports connect to a hub>Hub link, i manually remove it and connect to the correct device. I spend Hours doing that, on the next scan I lost all my work and all the switch ports are connected again to the Hub >  Hub link.
What I'm doing wrong? What is that Hub>Hub link?

For some reason, I can't attach a print screen, I think it will be easer to show the problem
