Hello everyone!

I connectet GLPI-WEBHOOK-IFTTT-TELEGRAM. it works very good, but  doesnt send an info ##ticket.url##

what could be the reason?

Hi! Same here.. I connected to Microsoft Teams and works all the variables, include the ##GLPI.url## variable.. but not ##ticket.url##. It always get empty.

But, the email notification does send the URL correctly.

Any clues?

I found a solution to this after I post it here..

Try this:
##glpi.url##/front/ticket.form.php?id=##ticket.id##
