Error in email followup

I'm receiving emails in GLPI, but the email text is not displayed, only HTML code:

For example:

</span></p>

</div>
</div>
</div>

In DDBB followup content:

&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;/div&#62;
&#60;/div&#62;
&#60;/div&#62;

GLPI version 10.0.9

I can see the same issue when im looking at database[mysql]. there are &#60;/div&#62; in front of every user input field.
