In the ticket statistics tab, is it possible to filter or organize the ticket data? For instance, can you display technicians with the most assigned tickets in ascending order, sort technicians alphabetically, or apply other filters directly within the ticket statistics, or is the only option to export the data to an Excel file and create these filters within Excel?
