Is it possible to change requester e-mail by ticket rule?
For example,
I have some users that have more than one e-mail from different domains, they work for different companies...
So, what I am trying to do is:
If user X opens a ticket for company Y, GLPi will take his default e-mail that is not the one from company Y.
Is there a way to make a rule that reads the e-mail the requester sent and updates the ticket for the right e-mail?
Like, if user opens ticket from company Y e-mail domain, the e-mail for the user ticket must be the company Y e-mail.
