Network device (Switch) does not update after initial SNMP inventory

Hello all,

i'm looking for help with a weird SNMP behavior i encounter.
I have discovered devices in my network using the network discovery.
I added the IP ranges and bound the SNMP credentials tio these IP Ranges.
I converted the discovered devices i know to be switches in network devices and edited them to set the according SNMP credentials to each device.
I have a SNMP inventory task running on the IP range.

At the first inventory all details data gets populated in all my switches (including serial number).

All subsquent inventories are visible since the last Contact information is updated, but the las change DateTime data remains to what it was from the first inventory.
I change some VLAN Settings on ports and the get not updated.

I Googled for possible answers or hint about what i made wrong but nothing helped.

I'm using GLPI 10.0.9 and have the GLPIInventory 1.2.3 plugin installed.
I run Windows Agents 1.5 that have all options installed and are set to the according URL to use the plugin interface to sync data.
I'm able to launch an inventory from the computer details page and also directly on the machine using the Agent web interface or the Agent Monitor.
I can see Server side the task is executed, but no data is updated.

What can i look at to investigate the reason for this behavior ?
