Send E-mail CC

Hello community,

I would like to know how I could send the notification email to the requester and the watchers as CC (just one e-mail).

Today, when I open a ticket, the system sends an email to each person separately.

Hello,

As far as I know, this is not currently possible. Separate emails are sent because GLPI always tries to respect each user's language preference.
