Hi,
We're testing the mail receiver functionality and managed to configure a receiver to get email and create tickets in GLPI.
We have some business rules to assign these tickets to a category and a SLA (TTO and TTR).
Seems to work except the emails created by this mail receiver have TTO immediate upon creation. I tested adding the action "take into account delay (do not calculate)" but either I use yes or no, the ticket TTO is always imediate.
What I'm trying to acomplish is to have the tickets that are created from the mail receiver are created in the New state and a SLA TTO assigned but this TTO should count only when a tech assigns the ticket to himself.
I must me missing some configuration or option here.
any ideas?
