Question about Administration --> Accounts --> Encryption key

Hi everybody!

I would like to know if it is possible to use/create a user who has permission to access encryption key without having to be root.

Is this for the Accounts plugin? If so, it looks like you just need a profile with the Read permission for Accounts. There should be an "Accounts" tab added to the profile forms and you will find the related permissions there.
