Hi,
I have GLPI 10.0.3 connected to local AD, all users in specified OU are eligible to login and work with the system.
This works fine.
I have e-mail connector, which checks inbox for messages. Then it creates tickets from them. When the user send an e-mail system is checking if the user exists in AD. If yes, ticket is created and assigned to admins. If not, the ticket is not created and the email is moved. This also works fine if the user has e-mail address filled in his AD profile, then it is synced to GLPI system.
Problem is when the e-mail address in AD is changed. It can be changed because we have more domains so user has email name.surname@domain1.com, name.surname@domain2.com, name.surname@domain3.com, etc., but only one is default for sending. Once it is changed, and user will send an e-mail to the GLPI system, the message is refused because the system doesn't have this address in its DB.
e.g.:
User John Doe has e-mail addresses john.doe@domain1.com and john.doe@domain2.com. In default he sends from address john.doe@domain1.com, he is registered to GLPI, everything works fine.
Then the user changes department and this will cause change of default e-mail address to john.doe@domain2.com. Now he can login (because he logs with samaccountname), but when he sends an e-mail, it is refused because in GLPI system, there is still e-mail address john.doe@domain1.com.
If me, as an admin, add the address to his GLPI accout manually, problem is solved and everything is fine again.
Is possible to GLPI sync this data as well as other? It would be nice when the sync would not delete the old e-mail address and just add another one to the user. The sync could be done once per a day, or manually at least.
Thanks for advices.
