Plugin Credit 1.12.0: Accordion collapse always showed

Normally, when viewing a Ticket, the accordion sections on the right side (Tickets, Actors, Elements, etc.) remember their state between page refresh or when browsing away and coming back to a ticket.
Except for the "Default voucher options" section.

It would be nice if it behaved properly.
