I created a ticket using the Formcreator plugin.
In the description of the ticket, I prepared a link to connect remote assistance to the computer from which the form was sent.
Unfortunately (or even fortunately) GLPI modifies the address by adding the denied prefix.
Is there any possibility to fix this problem? Determining a trusted address structure? That would make life a lot easier. I'm wondering how to bite it to make it comfortable and safe.
