Hi all! Please help find a solution! I am using GLPI 10 to schedule meetings using the "Form Creator" plugin to create tickets. In the created Form, I enter:
1. Time to Resolve
2. Title of the meeting
3. Location of the meeting
4. Attaching the meeting agenda
The form creates an application, in which it indicates the title, time to decision and category of the application.
I need to figure out what to do so that the bar "Time to Resolve + Progress" works like this:
Until the day of the decision grew within the green. For example, the application was created on July 5, the meeting will be on July 20 at 11:00 AM, the progress bar grows on the time interval July 5 00:00 > July 20 00:00 to the limit percentage to remain green.
On the day of the resolution, starting from 00:00 to (1 hour before "Time to Resolve") specified when the ticket was created, the progress bar should go from green to orange.
One hour before "Time to Resolve" the bar should turn red.
I read about SLA, but I don't understand how to use it to solve my issue.
