GLPI 80.5 running on CentOS

There are two types available for ticket - incident and request
How can we add more?
for example maintanance

You can't add other type.
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

I don't think
Incident and Request are the 2 ITIL processus.
There are a lot of code which depends on this value (see the Category form for example).
So as each type implies some code, type couldn't be a simple dropdown.
Which new type do you need which is not under Incident / Request ?
You can use Category.
