Problem with tickets

I have a problem with several tickets.

I search for it in the ticket list, but after entering the ticket it logout me of glpi.


Redirects me to the page /index.php?error=3



I can not do anything.

Additionally, it kicks me out of glpi with information:

Invalid use of session ID
