[GLPI 10.0.7] Knowledge base and problem with Targets set

Hi

I have set the target for the knowledge base entry as:
Profiles > profile_name

When I switch to this profile - the entry is not visible to me.

It works if I set:
Entity > Root entity.

What am I doing wrong?

Re: [GLPI 10.0.7] Knowledge base and problem with Targets set

This is the expected behavior according to the official documentation in the case of FAQ articles.

See the last comment in this GitHub report and the links contained in it:
https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/14791

For now, you must specify an entity target for FAQ articles.

If you are experiencing an issue with articles not in the FAQ, that would seem to be a different issue.

Re: [GLPI 10.0.7] Knowledge base and problem with Targets set

Hi cconard96

Thank you, but I admit - I don't quite understand the idea.

1. Some articles are still visible even though access set by group.
2. I don't know how to limit the visibility of some FAQ articles if I only use one entity.
3. If setting permissions via group, profile, etc. doesn't work, why don't disable it here so it doesn't confuse?
